Terms of Service
The legal terms of service governing your use of the Schoolios platform and its operations under our parent company.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Schoolios, a proprietary operations management platform owned, engineered, and operated 100% by NG Tekno Solutions LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Unified Billing & Payments
All subscription charges, invoice payments, and transaction processing for Schoolios are managed under the unified billing system and payment gateway of our parent entity: NG Tekno Solutions. Invoices and credit card statements will reflect charges from NG Tekno Solutions. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, and all prices are denominated in USD.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer dashboard or by contacting contact@schoolios.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled billing cycle. All charges are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments are issued for partial billing months or unused accounts, except as explicitly provided in custom institutional SLAs.
4. Account Safety & Credentials
Users of the platform (school administrators, teachers, parents, and students) are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must notify us immediately at contact@schoolios.com in the event of any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account.
5. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You are strictly prohibited from exploiting, reverse engineering, scanning, probing, hacking, abusing, or attempting to disrupt any systems, interfaces, or databases associated with Schoolios. You must not upload viruses, malware, or any content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates third-party rights. We review uploaded videos on our servers to ensure they are legal and align with our privacy policy and terms. If any violation occurs, we reserve the right to remove the content, disable or terminate the associated school account immediately, and take necessary legal actions.
6. Intellectual Property Protection
All source code, user interface designs, graphics, database schemas, trademarks, and branding elements of Schoolios are the exclusive intellectual property of NG Tekno Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform during your active subscription period, with no transfer of title or ownership rights.
7. Data Privacy & Compliance
We process school and student data in compliance with standard data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, COPPA, and FERPA). We do not own your data; we act solely as a data processor. Personal data is securely encrypted in transit and at rest. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and protect information.
8. Storage, Videos & File Size Limits
All storage resources are subject to our Fair Use Policy. Each subscription plan includes a defined storage allocation that applies strictly to standard workspace file uploads (PDFs, images, and assignment documents). The specific quota varies by plan as outlined on our Pricing page. Video lectures uploaded and stored privately on our secure servers are counted separately under the plan's dedicated video limit. Embedding or linking videos from external platforms (such as YouTube or Vimeo) is completely free and unlimited, consuming zero quota. Individual file upload size limits also vary by subscription tier.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance under these Terms resulting from acts beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, natural disasters, internet service outages, cloud hosting disruptions, wars, civil unrest, government restrictions, or pandemics.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of NG Tekno Solutions LLC for any claims arising from the service shall be limited to the amount paid by the user during the 12-month period preceding the event. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the registered jurisdiction of our parent entity, NG Tekno Solutions LLC. Any legal disputes or claims shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of the parent company's jurisdiction.
